A rare ‘’Good Samaritan Plate’’ made and painted by Dorothy Auman, Seagrove Pottery in Seagrove NC. The plate is redware, the background is painted brown and decorated in green, yellow and brown. The rear of the plate is signed  “The Good Samaritan” Luke 10; 25-37. The plate is also signed by Dorothy Auman, Seagrove NC.  Size is 10-1/4” in diameter. Condition excellent.
